B2 Coaching Holiday Club - Terms and Conditions
Welcome to B2 Coaching's Holiday Club! We are delighted to have your child join us for a fun and enriching experience. Before proceeding with the enrollment, we kindly request you to read and understand our terms and conditions outlined below:
- Booking Confirmation: Enrollment in the B2 Coaching Holiday Club is confirmed only upon receipt of the required payment and completion of the registration process.
- Cancellation Policy: Should you wish to cancel your child's participation in the Holiday Club, the following conditions apply:
- Cancellation made within 48 hours of the event start time will not be eligible for a refund. However, you will have the option to amend the date or choose an alternate club session within the same holiday period, subject to availability.
- Cancellation made outside the 48-hour period before the event start time will be eligible for a full refund.
- Amendment Requests: If you wish to modify your child's booking, including changing the date or the club attending, please notify us at least 48 hours before the original event start time. Amendments are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
- Late Arrivals and Absences: We understand that circumstances may arise unexpectedly. In the event that your child arrives late or is absent during the Holiday Club, please inform us as soon as possible. Please note that late arrivals do not entitle participants to any extended session time.
- Code of Conduct: B2 Coaching emphasises creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all participants. We expect children to treat their peers, coaches, and staff with kindness and consideration. Any behavior deemed disruptive or harmful to others may result in the child being excluded from the club without refund.
- Medical Conditions and Allergies: As part of the registration process, please provide us with any relevant medical information or allergies your child may have. This will enable us to ensure their safety and well-being during the Holiday Club.
- Photography and Media Release: By enrolling your child in the B2 Coaching Holiday Club, you grant us permission to take photographs or videos for promotional and marketing purposes. If you do not wish your child's image to be used, kindly inform us.
- Liability: While we take utmost care in organising our Holiday Club, B2 Coaching and its staff cannot be held liable for any accidents, injuries, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.
- Changes and Cancellations by B2 Coaching: We reserve the right to make changes to the Holiday Club schedule, activities, or venues if necessary. In the unlikely event of the Holiday Club's cancellation by B2 Coaching, a full refund will be provided to all participants.
- Contact Information: Please ensure that your contact information provided during registration is accurate and up-to-date. We may need to contact you regarding important updates or in case of any emergencies.
By enrolling your child in the B2 Coaching Holiday Club, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to abide by the above terms and conditions. We are committed to delivering a memorable and rewarding experience for your child and look forward to sharing the joy of learning and growth together.
